1.The agreement
Hazzoura (حزورة) is a smart board for teachers, made in Egypt. In these terms, “we” means the Hazzoura team. By creating an account or using Hazzoura, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Hazzoura.
2.Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Be 18 or older, and use Hazzoura mainly for teaching.
- Give accurate details and keep your email up to date, since we use it to reach you.
- Keep your password private, take responsibility for what happens in your account, and tell us right away if you think someone else got in.
- Keep to one account per person, and not share or sell it.
3.The service
Hazzoura is free to start. We're still building it, so features may change, improve or be removed, and anything marked “Soon” isn't available yet.
If we ever add paid plans, we'll explain them clearly first. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement.
4.Your content
You own the boards you create and the files you upload. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display them only to run Hazzoura for you: for example to save, open, back up and show your boards, and to share a board when you create a share link for it.
You're responsible for your content: make sure you have the right to use the files, images and videos you add, and that sharing them doesn't break anyone's privacy or copyright.
5.Acceptable use
When you use Hazzoura, don't:
- Upload or share anything illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or harmful to children.
- Use content you don't have the rights to, or share other people's personal data without their permission.
- Try to break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer Hazzoura, or get around its limits.
- Upload viruses or harmful code, or use Hazzoura to send spam.
- Pretend to be someone else, or claim a connection to a school that isn't real.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6.Shared links and other sites
Anyone with a board's share link can see that board until the link is turned off. Videos and websites you embed come from other sites, which have their own terms; we're not responsible for their content.
7.Our name and design
The Hazzoura name, logo, design and code belong to us. These terms don't give you the right to use them, except to say that you use Hazzoura.
8.Availability and backups
We work to keep Hazzoura running and your boards safe, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep copies of materials that matter to you.
9.Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses, such as lost lesson time or lost data, arising from using Hazzoura or being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10.Ending your use
You can stop using Hazzoura at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page or at contact@hazzoura.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Hazzoura grows. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you about important changes by email or in Hazzoura before they apply. Using Hazzoura after that means you accept the new terms.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute we can't settle together goes to the competent courts of Egypt.
